Vegas joined the ACR lab in 2025 as a doctoral student and is currently completing his first year in the Social Psychology program at Florida State University. He is interested in the nuanced dynamics of sexual attraction, focusing on the distinctions and interactions within and between same-sex and different-sex attracted individuals. He is also interested in exploring how the male hormonal cycle influences intrasexual behavior and mate preferences. Outside of his academic pursuits, Vegas enjoys cultivating his collection of houseplants, reading, and spending quality time with friends.
